Well, the results are in and Whitney Houston was verified using Cocaine during the night of her death. Chief Coroner – Craig Harvey, suggested Whitney was a “chronic” cocaine user.

Although Whitney had Cocaine in her system, “Accidental drowning” is listed as Whitney’s official cause of death. The coroner stated that it seems Whitney did not use the drug for a while before she died.

It is said that she may have started because of the stress induced by a come-back.

Other drugs such as marijuana, Benadryl, Flexeril, and Xanax were found at very low levels and were said to have not been contributors to her death.

It is also reported that cocaine was removed from the scene of Whitney Houston’s death, before authorities arrived. The case is not yet closed so there may be investigations into the possibility of evidence tampering.

Whitney Houston’s mother – Cissy, is saddened and said that hearing her daughter was using again is like reliving her death.
