The Texas man who beat his daughters Abuser to death will not be charged by Police. The man was said to have spotted the man on top of the girl behind a barn.

“You have a right to defend your daughter. He acted in defense of a third person…He was just protecting his daughter and doing what he thought he had to do to protect his daughter,”

said Sheriff Micah Harmon.

Neither the father nor the abuser has been publicly identified.
