This is why I can’t stand YOUNG rich D-Bags. After seeing his illegally parked Ferrari 458 Spider recieving a ticket, Julien Chabbott attempts to just walk into the vehicle and drive away.

When he does this, the officer steps in front as to not let Juilen pass. But as any rich D-bag who doesn’t care about anyone but himself, he tries to drive off anyway.

When doing so, he runs over Officer Felix Recio’s foot. The Officer then slams his hand against the Ferrari’s glass window and tells Stephanie Pratt’s BF what he just did and then proceeds to rip him out of the car. If at anytime I wanted to see some good ol’ fashioned Police Brutality, now would have been the time.

Julien has been charged with felony assault and misdemeanor obstruction with governmental-administration.
