NEW ROBOCOP MOVIE IN PRODUCTION – FIRST LOOK AT NEW BODY ARMOR (Pics)
That’s right, Hollywood is about to ruin another classic – ‘RoboCop’. Not having any ideas or imagination anymore, filmmakers usually take an old classic and brutalize it. Hopefully, this is one movie that will not disappoint although I am not too fond of RoboCop’s armor in this one.
Joel Kinnaman is reprising the character Peter Weller made famous – Alex James Murphy, Detroit Police officer turned Cyborg cop. During an interview, Joel spoke a little about the Armor change:
It just comes from the realization that our vision of a robot 30 years from now is very different from the vision of what a robot was in the future in 1987, That is the main thing. Obviously there are some things in the script that lead into that, but that stuff I can’t talk about.
The new suit looks like something out of a new Batman movie but, I will just reserve myself until I see it in action.
