In true NBC and Kardashian fashion, both have managed to have the world hate them just a little bit more. NBC blatantly ignored a moment of silence for victims and families affected by the September 11th attack, to air an interview of Kris Kardashian talking about her breast implants.

Although NBC local programming observed the moment of silence coordinated by New York City and D.C. starting at 8:46 a.m. ET, the national programming stayed decided to air the waste of an interview.

NBC was bashed on all social media platforms for their decision. The torg @myguythetorg wrote, “Shame on you #NBC. The Today show skipped a moment of silence to interview a Kardashian.” Kenny Strong added, “@TodayShow, Kris Jenner instead of moment of silence? How tacky! No wonder you’re losing in the ratings. ”

A spokesperson for NBC told Yahoo!, “The ‘Today show’ dedicated a considerable amount of time to September 11th coverage this morning throughout the entire show.”
