Ever since NASA landed the Mars Rover on the “Red Planet”, there have been many conversations about the images that are being sent back via its crappy camera. Some are calling them “Dead Pixels” while others just say they are light anomalies.

So this begs the question, How can we get a machine into space and be able to land the bastard on freaking Mars but we won’t even mount it with a decent camera? I’ll tell you why, because if any weird images like these were ever sent back, people can always argue that it’s missing pixels or some other form of B.S.

Good move NASA…
