It seems that 52-year-old Linda Hogan and her 23-year-old fiance Charlie Hill will be working out their relationship issues on VH1′s “Relationship Rehab”.

Linda and literal boyfriend Charlie Hill have agreed to appear on the upcoming reality show, hoping to fix their dying relationship.

Linda divorced Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea) back in 2009 — and Charlie, who Linda had been dating since 2008, proposed a year later.

As we previously reported, rapper DMX and his estranged wife are also seeking counseling on the show.
