Justin Bieber was pulled over by the LAPD after cops say he performed an illegal maneuver in his “Batmobile” Cadillac.

Justin was let off with another warning after he promised to be more careful in the future.

Justin Bieber is no stranger to breaking the law, he has been stopped by cops while driving the customized Cadillac — he was pulled over back in October after cutting off a CHP officer. He got a warning that time, too.

This happens time and time again. Celebrities getting pulled over, but not being issued any citations. This prompts the question:
