When is it too early to joke about something? Can you joke about something immediately after it happens? Is it one week? Does it depend on what it was?
These are the questions that are going to be asked in regards to Dane Cook’s latest stand-up set at the ‘Laugh Factory’.

Dane Cook was taped joking about the Colorado Massacre just 1 week after it’s occurrence.

“So I heard that the guy came into the theater about 25 minutes into the movie … And I don’t know if you’ve seen the movie, but the movie is pretty much a piece of crap … yeah, spoiler alert.”

…I know that if none of that would have happened, pretty sure that somebody in that theater, about 25 minutes in, realizing it was a piece of crap, was probably like ‘ugh f*cking shoot me.’”

Oddly enough, he did express concern for a fellow comedian who was injured in the massacre:

“Please help comedian Caleb Medley who was seriously injured in the Aurora massacre. His wife gave birth today.”

Thoughts?
