Is it true? Did Chris Brown just get a tattoo of Rihanna on his neck? From the looks of these pics, yes he did. Once can always argue who the person is (if anyone) but one thing is for sure, the woman tattooed on Chris Brown’s neck bears a striking resemblance to Rihanna.

No comment from Chris Brown if this is in fact a tattoo of his former lover. Rihanna has not commented either but, she did get a huge chest tattoo almost 24 hrs. after the news of Chris Brown’s tattoo hit the media.
