Fred Willard star of ‘Anchorman’ and other shows like ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’ was arrested for lewd conduct when he was caught with his pants down in an adult movie theater.

It was reported that undercover vice officers just happened to be in the Tiki Theater in Hollywood and found Fred with his penis exposed and in his hand.

What I want to know is why these “Undercover” officers were walking into an adult movie theater. Don’t they have anything better to do? Maybe they were on break and looking to get their jollies and just happened to run into someone who beat them to it.
